MGCZ- High separating capacity and accuracy.
This MGCZ series has single body and double body. MGCZ gravity separator is indispensable in the rice milling process. It's developed on the basis of foreign advanced technology. It is mainly used for separating brown rice from paddy making use of their differences in specific gravity and friction coefficient, with two separator bodies, the rice mill separator can be used for high capacity.
MGCZ series butterfly paddy separator is developed according to the physical characteristics differences of paddy and brown rice, such as the gravity, granularity, and friction coefficient. The paddy mixture will be auto-graded gradually on the case of the separating sifter shaking. It makes the brown rice with large gravity sink and move side-upward onto the separating sifter, then outflow by carrying effect of bidirectional slantwise gibbous separating sifter. However the paddy with small gravity float on the super stratum of brown rice, and side-downward to the separating sifter and outflow, then to achieve the effect of separating according to the requirement of different quality.
