- Model G4-68,Y4-68 boiler ventilator and blower apply to the system of ventilator and blower for vapor boiler below 230T/H in the power plant.While having no special requirement,G4-68 may also be used for mine ventilation and ordinary ventilation.

The medium conveyed by the ventilator is air,no more than 80ºC of the highest temperature.The medium conveyed by the blower is smoke,no more than 250ºC of the highest temperature.

A dust catching device must be installed in front of the blower,to reduce as much as possible the dust in the smoke entered the blower.The dust catching efficiency is no less than 85%.

Performance indicated in the performance chart,the performance of ventilator is calculated according to the air medium that:ventilator t=20ºC,atmospheric pressure pa=101325pa,air density ρ=1.2kg/m3.The performance of blower is calculated according to the air medium that:air temperature t=140ºC,atmospheric pressure Pa=101325Pa,air density ρ=0.85kg/m3.

- Model G4-73-11 and Y4-73-11 boiler ventilator and blower apply to the system of ventilator and blower for vapor boiler below 2~670T/H in the power plant.While having no special requirement,G4-73-11 may also be used for mine ventilation and ordinary ventilation.

The blower's performance is indicated with the specifications of wind volume,full pressure,rotating speed of the principal axis,axis power,efficiency,etc.Among the performance shown in the performance chart,NO.4-6.3,the performance of blower is calculated according to the air medium that:air temperature t=200ºC,atmospheric pressure P0=101300Pa,air density ρ=0.745kg/m3,above NO.8,is calculated according to that:air temperature t=140ºC,atmospheric pressure P0=101300Pa,smoke density ρ=0.85kg/m3.

This series of blowers use jib-headed strap transmission(C type)

This model of blower is single inhalation,6 types:NO.4,5,6.3,8,10,12.5,each may be made in the model of left revolving or right revolving.

For the convenience of customer's installation and debug,the unitary bracket and shock absorption bracket.

- Y9-39, Y8-39 model of blower applies to the blow system of 1-35T/h.The medium conveyed by the blower in smoke.No more than 250ºC of the highest temperature. Add the dust catching device in front of the blower,so as to reduce the smoke content entered the blower.Normally,the dust catching efficiency is no less than 85%.

This model of blower is single inhalation,13 types:NO,4,4.5,5,5.6,6.3,7.1,8,9,10,11.2,12.5,14,16,all in direct joint transmission(D type transmission)

Each may be made in the model of left revolving or right revolving.

Model 4-72 Centrifugal Ventilator may be used for the indoor ventilation in ordinary factory or in large-scale building.
B4-72Conveys air or other gas which may not self-ignite, do no harm to human body or is not corrosive to the steels.
Model B4-72 Centrifugal Ventilator may be used for the ventilation of gas which is flammable and volatile.
No glutinous matter is allowed in the gas. The dust or grain matter is no more than 150mg/m³ .
The gas temperature is no more than 80ºC.
1.2 The performance, spare parts and installation size of Model B4-72 blower are the same as Model 4-72,
and may be selected according to its sample book. This blower structure is principally the same as Model 4-72.
The motor should select YB series corresponding to the Y series in the chart.
Model F4-72 blower adopts stainless steel for conveying corrosive gas, and its performance and installation are the same
as Model 4-72.   

The blower mainly consists of impeller, hull, wind ring, axis base and other components.
The impeller consists of curvilinear hubcap, vane and direct board turntable, qualified of silent and moving balance emendation.
The axis base adopts ball bearing, using calcium grease for lubrication.
